Once the feasibility and budget review aligns with your expectations, we enter into a Preliminary Agreement.

Working closely with our in-house Interior Designer, you'll receive expert guidance on layouts, functionality, materials, fixtures, finishes, colours, lighting, joinery, and overall design direction.

Whether you're engaging an architect, building designer, or bringing existing plans, our team collaborates closely to refine the design, streamline selections, and ensure your project aligns with your lifestyle, budget, and construction objectives.

With the design progressing, we coordinate all necessary pre-construction requirements including engineering, surveys, soil testing, consultant reports, certifications, and approvals.

Detailed project costing and specifications are prepared, ensuring all project requirements are clearly defined prior to contract preparation.

Once documentation, approvals, and pricing are finalised, we prepare and execute the building contract.

Materials are ordered, trades are scheduled, construction programmes are established, and all project logistics are organised to ensure a smooth transition into construction.
